We Wash Before We Paint
Chalky old stucco sheds like powder. Paint over it and the new coat leaves with the old one. Every exterior starts with a pressure wash.
Rot Gets Replaced, Not Filled
Soft fascia and split trim get cut out and rebuilt with new stock, primed on all six sides, before anything gets a finish coat.
The Prep Scope Is in Writing
Your estimate lists the washing, patching, caulking, and priming as line items, so you can compare it honestly against the cheaper bid.

From the first walk to the last wall
Four steps, in the same order every time, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

We Walk the Property
All four elevations or every room. We probe suspect wood, note the cracks, and tell you what needs repair before paint.

Written Estimate
Prep, repairs, products, number of coats, and a start date, itemized. Free, and no pressure to sign it on the spot.
3
Prep, Then Paint
Wash, scrape, patch, caulk, prime, mask. Then the coats go on. Most of the hours are in the first half of that list.
4
Daylight Walkthrough
We walk it with you in natural light, fix whatever is on your list, and invoice after you have signed off.
