The Painting Monkeys is an owner-operated painting contractor run by Pablo Rodriguez out of Riverside. We work across Orange County and the Inland Empire doing interior and exterior house painting, kitchen cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, texture, and the wood replacement that too many painters quietly skip.
Almost every failed paint job we get called to inspect failed for the same reasons: nobody washed the chalk off the stucco, nobody primed the bare wood, nobody replaced the fascia board that was already soft. Paint is a thin film. It can only be as sound as what it is stuck to. So our estimates list the washing, the patching, the caulking, and the priming as their own lines, which also makes it obvious what a cheaper bid is leaving out.
We are licensed under CSLB #1118205 and insured, we put that number on everything we hand you, and the final invoice does not go out until you have walked the job in daylight. Clients who come back get 20% off every project after the first, which is the part of the business we are proudest of.

Prep, repairs, products, number of coats, and a start date, itemized. Free, and no pressure to sign it on the spot.
Prep, Then Paint
Wash, scrape, patch, caulk, prime, mask. Then the coats go on. Most of the hours are in the first half of that list.
Daylight Walkthrough
We walk it with you in natural light, fix whatever is on your list, and invoice after you have signed off.
